Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges.
If your item(s) arrive with defects, please get in touch with us within 48 hours of delivery and provide a clear picture of the item and the defect.

Spillage
WGC Bling makes every effort when picking customer orders to ensure the packaging is sealed and secure before the product(s) are shipped. While very infrequent, should you receive your order and a product has spilled its contents inside the bubble mailer or box, we understand this can be disappointing and inconvenient. In general, this occurs due to how USPS or UPS handles packages. Unfortunately, we have no control over this.
If this happens with your order, we are very sorry about that. Regardless of this incident, you are still receiving the product and quantity you ordered, even though we realize recovering the spilled contents will be troublesome. Under these circumstances, WGC Bling is not obligated to replace or refund for "spillage."
If a Spillage occurs and there is noticeable damage and/or an opening in the packing, you must contact USPS and begin filing a claim. We recommend you take photos of the damaged packaging, including where/how the package was delivered and received. For your convenience, here is the link to USPS for claims: Domestic Claims | USPS
Cancellation Policy
Orders may be canceled within 48 hours of purchase.
If the order has already been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
All canceled orders are subject to a $10 restock fee. This fee will be deducted from any refunded amount.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Please note that dye lots can be slightly different shades of the same color, which is unavoidable and will not apply to damaged stones. Glass rhinestones may occasionally have the odd chip or scratch, which is inevitable. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
We are not responsible for damages caused during shipping. We take every precaution to ensure all items are adequately packaged to prevent damage.
If an item is lost or stolen after being marked as delivered, please get in touch with USPS or the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
We will not be liable for lost, stolen, or damaged packages.
Replacement Policy
If your order was a custom request (i.e., digital file, epoxy tumbler, or rhinestone tumbler) and arrived broken or damaged, please email photos to us with your order number. Then file a claim with USPS (you can find the link under Spillage)
Tumblers that arrive broken or damaged are covered for replacement within 7 days of delivery.
After 7 days of confirmed delivery, we are unable to offer a replacement.
We cannot replace a broken item due to use or mishandling after receiving it.
