Shipping Policy
Processing Time
We do our best to get placed orders out the same day or the next day. Still, please allow 1-2 business days even though we strive to ship within 24 hours to process and ship orders, and 5-10 business days to deliver the parcel after receiving shipping notification - NOT including weekends and holidays.
Delays can happen within the postal system, and a parcel may come sooner or experience delays on the odd occasion. We appreciate your patience and understanding in these rare instances.
Custom orders: Can take approximately 1-4 weeks to complete before shipping (epoxy/rhinestone tumblers require a minimum of 2 weeks)
Pre-Order Rhinestones: Typically ship within 1-2 weeks after the pre-order closing date.
Please allow additional time during sales as order volume is expected to be greater.
Shipping & Tracking Information
Each order will have tracking information, and you will receive tracking information in the email provided at the time of purchase when the label has been created.
Once the order has been dropped off to USPS, it is out of our hands. If any problems occur, please get in touch with USPS directly with any inquiries or concerns.
We can also track shipments (from our end). Still, please remember that we receive the same information that you will be emailed, and we can only track orders placed with a tracking number. We do not receive or have access to any additional information.
International customers may have import fees/tariffs that are up to the customer to pay for and not the responsibility of WGC Bling.
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or unforeseen circumstances.
All shipping dates are estimates and not guarantees.
As the buyer, you are responsible for all customs, duties, taxes, or fees imposed by your country's import policies.
Address Accuracy & Order Changes
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing an order.
Once an order is shipped, we cannot change the delivery address.
If an incorrect address is provided and the package is returned to us, the customer is responsible for additional shipping charges for resending the order.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Please allow 24 to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Pre-Orders & Backorders
Items marked as pre-order or backorder will ship as soon as they become available. Estimated shipping dates will be provided on the product page.
